The ministry is more focus on winning souls and received the Grace of God by salvation:

1. Team will have a regular meeting as much as possible to meet the needs of the ministry like planning, implementations of new strategies, solutions and continual improvement.

2. Team will be part a cell groups to enhanced the knowledge and understanding and received anointing from the Holy Spirit.

3. Team will visit and monitor the G.C.C cell groups to make sure that all new souls are taking care and receiving spiritual understanding to be a mighty warrior of God.

4. Team will be mandated to share the gospel anytime it is required.

5. Team will be part of G.C.C training and L.S.S to be more spiritual ready. Also, to be with the Holy Spirit always.

For the workers:

1. Each and everyone must be ready by doing a personal preparation. Heart must be ready.

      Psalms 51:10-12 (Personal Cleansing, renewal in the Holy Spirit and for new sense of the joy of our salvation.

• 1 John 5:18 (Don’t be afraid of Satan).

• Eph. 6:10-20 ( Put God’s armor), and resist him 1 Peter 5:9.

  2.  Materials Prepared.

• Our materials should be ready like Bibles and teaching materials. Pen and post-it note paper to note the (name, address and contact number of new souls).

• Budget for doing the ministry must be ready to accommodate the needs of all workers.

  3.  Prayer.

• Team must pray for all workers of the ministry all the time and covered with Blood of Jesus including the family.

• Asking God to lead the team to those He has already prepared.

• Team will be part of prayer invitation to share the Gospel and share the greatest gift of life (salvation) and pray for healing.

  4.  Teamwork.

• Team will be transparent and dedicated to the ministry by doing the task by action.

• Team will always work minimum of 2 person or more.

• Ideas and suggestion will always address and give importance to improve and maintain love and respect to each and every one.

• Team will have a team building activity every (6) six months of the year or twice a year to refresh and develop camaraderie and unity.
